Integration Delivery Lead

Job Overview:

We're looking for a skilled Integration Delivery Lead who combines project management expertise with system integration knowledge to drive strategic delivery across our global IT ecosystem.

As an Integration Delivery Lead, you'll be responsible for delivering end-to-end integration projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and architectural standards.

  • Demand Management & Onboarding Process: You will establish and manage the demand management & onboarding process for initiatives/projects using Digital Backbone.
  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage the delivery lifecycle of integration projects from initial planning to deployment and post-implementation support.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors. Effectively manage expectations, communicate progress, and resolve issues.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources including team members, budget, and technology assets to optimize efficiency and meet project deadlines.
  • Methodology & Process: Implement and refine agile methodologies to ensure predictable and high-quality delivery.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify assess and mitigate project risks and issues. Develop contingency plans and escalate critical issues as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in leading delivery or project management role specifically within Integration domain.
  • Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of API-led connectivity data integration patterns and cloud-based integration services e.g. Azure Integration Services & SAP BTP IS.
  • Agile Methodologies: Proven experience with Agile Scrum Kanban and other project management methodologies.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present information to technical and non-technical audiences.
