Project Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of our luxury villa projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, project management, and vendor development.

This is a pivotal role within our organization, requiring excellent communication and leadership skills. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of projects within defined scope and budget constraints.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing all aspects of pre and post-contract processes to guarantee compliance and operational effectiveness.
  • Leading project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery of projects within defined scope and budget constraints.
  • Managing vendor development processes, including evaluating, onboarding, and maintaining strong relationships with external partners.
  • Conducting detailed rate analysis and spearheading negotiations with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to secure advantageous terms and conditions.
  • Ensuring financial accuracy across projects by supervising budgeting, cost analysis, and comprehensive reporting.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and at least 5-7 years of experience in contracts management, project management, and vendor development within the real estate sector.

  • Proven expertise in rate analysis, contract negotiations, and financial management practices.
  • Strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control methodologies.
