• Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and background verification.
• Work closely with managers and leadership to provide regular updates on recruitment progress and interview feedback.
• Build strong relationships with consultancies to secure high-quality candidate pipelines.
• Facilitate seamless employee onboarding and maintain detailed employee documentation.
• Manage a dynamic employee database, ensuring it's up-to-date with the latest information.
• Drive our performance management system and ensure thorough review processes are in place.
• Deliver impactful performance reviews to employees and lead one-on-one sessions for constructive feedback.
• Gather manager feedback, maintain a database of insights, and conduct feedback sessions to support team growth.
• Address employee concerns, handling grievances with empathy and providing timely solutions.
• Regularly review and refresh employee policies and guidelines, keeping them aligned with current trends and standards.
• Identify relevant learning and development opportunities, scheduling sessions well in advance to enhance skills across teams.
• Curate engaging topics for our Learning & Development programs to ensure they resonate with our teams.

Requirements:
• A Bachelor's Degree is required; a Master's in HR is preferred.
