Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Research Analyst to drive our sales strategy by providing actionable market insights. This role is critical in identifying potential customers and supporting the sales team with data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze market data to identify potential areas for growth and expansion.
  • Monitor industry developments and provide actionable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Identify and profile potential customers, including municipalities, private contractors, and industrial facilities.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of potential leads and customer contacts using CRM and other tools.
  • Assist the sales team with preparing detailed reports, presentations, and proposals for potential clients.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support the sales team in developing effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze competitors' products, pricing strategies, and sales tactics.
  • Prepare competitive analysis reports to help the sales team position Spruce Up's products effectively.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales and customer data in the company's CRM system.
  • Regularly update and maintain sales databases and tracking systems.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in market research, sales analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in using market research tools, CRM systems, and data analysis software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Passion for the road sweeping and cleaning industry is a plus.
