Electrical Design Team Lead Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the electrical design team in developing and implementing innovative solutions for power systems, UPS panels, and distribution panels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans from conceptual design to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Provide technical support to internal and external customers, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Design and develop new products, processes, and services that meet customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential safety hazards.
  • Prepare and review engineering documents, including BOMs, GA drawings, and electrical drawings.
  • Manage project schedules, resources, and costs, ensuring adherence to Quality Management System requirements.
  • Streamline and optimize business processes, improving efficiency and reducing waste.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in electrical design, with a focus on DC SMPS based Power Systems, UPS Panels, and Distribution Panels.
  • Strong understanding of IEC 60204-1, IEC 61439-1-2, and other relevant electrical codes and standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
  • Knowledge of project management principles, tools, and techniques.
