Job Summary:

The Electrical Design Manager will lead a team of engineers and technical specialists in designing electrical systems, ensuring compliance with international standards and client specifications.

This role involves defining and executing the overall design strategy for electrical disciplines, driving adoption of advanced design technologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to guide product development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage project prioritization, resource allocation, and timely delivery of high-quality design outputs
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and technical specialists

About You:

We are looking for an experienced professional with 10-12 years of proven design experience in dry type or cast resin transformers, strong knowledge of transformer design, power systems engineering, and digital design tools.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor Degree of Engineering
  • Computer skills: Microsoft office, AutoCAD 2D
  • Advanced knowledge of transformer design, power systems engineering, and digital design tools
