Job Title: Liaison Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Liaison Officer to join our team.

About the Role:

The Liaison Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our clinics. This position requires strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Obtain and renew mandatory licenses and approvals, including PCPNDT Act approvals, ART Registration, Bombay Nursing Home Registration, Fire NOC / Fire Safety clearances, Change of Usage and Municipal Permissions, Bio-Medical Waste Management approvals, Pollution Control Board clearance, and Trade license compliances.
    • Ensure timely renewal of all licenses without lapse.
  • Government and External Liaison:
    • Build and maintain relationships with Municipal Corporations, State Health Departments, Fire Department, Urban Development Authorities, Local statutory bodies, Police, and Nodal Officers for compliance and inspections.
    • Engage with ART/PCPNDT advisory boards and medical councils to ensure compliance and cooperation.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
    • Prepare, verify, and submit required documents for regulatory applications.
    • Maintain updated compliance registers for each clinic location.
    • Handle audits, inspections, and queries from authorities while ensuring strict adherence to PCPNDT, ART Act, and local/state healthcare regulations.
  • Operational Support:
    • Collaborate with the Expansion/Projects team during clinic setup to ensure compliance timelines align with fit-out and launch schedules.
    • Coordinate with architects, project managers, and legal teams to embed regulatory requirements in clinic design and operations.
Requirements:
  • Degree in a related field (e.g., law, healthcare administration).
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
