Hermit Poems is an independent music label dedicated to global underground music—a home for boundary-pushing, multi-genre artists creating authentic sounds that deserve to be heard on the biggest stages.

Your Role

• Pitch our catalogue to music supervisors, advertising agencies, and brands to obtain commercial sync placements.
• Build relationships with music supervisors, creative directors, producers, and sync teams globally.
• Track and manage pitches, leads, and placements to maintain visibility on opportunities.
• Explore secondary business opportunities for catalogue songs.
• Stay ahead of sync trends, industry requests, and content needs across entertainment and advertising.
• Provide regular reporting on activity, progress, and revenue opportunities.

You Will Thrive If:

• You have experience in securing sync placements and building supervisor relationships.
• You are skilled in coordinating music submissions and developing sync strategies.
• You have strong research abilities for identifying potential sync opportunities.
• You have contract management and negotiation skills.
• You excel in written and verbal communication.
• You can work independently and remotely with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Familiarity with the global underground music scene is a plus.
• A degree in Music Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

This is a 3–6 month freelance/contract opportunity with potential to convert into a full-time position based on performance.
