Job Opportunity:

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate Caliber products to clients
  • Install and configure equipment on-site
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with delivery leads on project planning and execution
  • Conduct UAT/SAT, Installation Qualification protocol, and training for end-users
  • Implement production builds and database maintenance plans
  • Provide on-site support and handle customer inquiries
  • Reproduce reported issues or test cases remotely
  • Maintain software patches and ensure system updates
  • Install training, UAT, and production builds
  • Execute Operational Qualification and assist customers with PQ execution
  • Configure interfaces
  • Develop and execute test scripts, and validate product internally
  • Validate outputs with customers and prepare validation summary reports

Requirements:

  • Patient listening skills and ability to understand customer queries
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and integrate with the team
  • Flexibility to travel for implementation
  • Knowledge of QAMS/DMS/LIMS domains is an advantage
