Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our Assurance team as an Experienced Associate. This role involves working on various auditing projects, providing a review of work product and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify accounting issues, document facts and findings, and discuss with senior/Assistant Managers.
  • Work on various auditing projects, providing a review of work product and performance.
  • Service multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Develop one-on-one relationships with US-based audit leads.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reports to clients.
  • Drive quality project deliverables.
  • Participate in Training and Development to hone skills of peers and self.
  • BUILD internal auditing systems and ensure correct application.
  • Verify company financial information.
Requirements for Success
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field. CA/CPA certification is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Organizational skills to provide client reports within scheduled time frames.
  • Proactive approach to accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks and other US accounting systems.
  • Proficiency in intermediate Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
  • Strong interpersonal and exceptional communication skills.
