Lead Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Architect to spearhead our architectural and master planning projects.

  • This role will involve comprehensive project leadership, feasibility analysis, stakeholder coordination, meetings management, consultant review, standards compliance, reporting, proposals, cross-disciplinary collaboration, regulatory adherence, site oversight, design solutions, and final inspections.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent command of English, a Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch) degree, and strong proficiency in PowerPoint presentation creation and delivery. Additionally, advanced knowledge of SketchUp and hands-on experience with USGBC and Revit are required.

  • Key responsibilities include leading architecture, plotting, and master planning efforts to ensure high-quality outputs and timely project delivery.
  • A minimum of 12+ years of professional experience is required for the Lead Architect role.
