Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize HR datasets, trackers, and dashboards for accuracy and reliability.
  • Support HR analytics by generating reports, identifying trends, and creating visual insights for informed decision-making.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices, benchmarks, and future-of-work trends.
  • Analyze employee survey data and provide actionable insights to enhance engagement and culture initiatives.
  • Coordinate HR programs and initiatives, ensuring timely communication and follow-up with stakeholders.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement events, workshops, and learning sessions.
  • Support HR team members in recruitment, onboarding, and documentation activities as needed.
  • Maintain internal communication channels to share updates on HR initiatives and events.

Your Requirements:

  • Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets (knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or visualization tools is beneficial).
  • Curious, analytical, detail-oriented with excellent organizational and coordination skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Interest in both data-driven HR and employee engagement/event management.
