Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager

We are seeking a talented Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Talent Steer Partners. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in North India.

Key Responsibilities:

* Spearhead business development for the region by driving new business development
* Define and exceed sales targets as defined in the business plan for the region
* Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and ensures our strong presence
* Responsible for end-to-end lead generation and conversions for corporate sales and penetration of new territories and industries

Requirements:

* Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements in security and FM space
* Focus on large RFPs and mid-segment key account business in diversified industries
* Develop relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
* Manage various internal stakeholders and offer seamless and transparent communication between teams to ensure audits, proposals, and client meetings take place

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree (required) with MBA in Sales and Marketing (preferable)
* 5 years of relevant experience in sales with at least 2 years in security sales or guarding company or manpower driven industry corporate (B2B) sales
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills (written and verbal) appropriate for engaging a diverse range of audiences and stakeholders
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels across the business functions and influence senior management/directors and wider stakeholders
* Competitive base salary structure max 11 LPA CTC
