About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to fill this role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage resources to meet project requirements as per approved schedules for assigned areas or scopes of work.
  • Develop work methods for incorporation into Project Quality Plans.
  • Execute construction, erection, and testing activities according to approved construction drawings and work methods – with required quality and EHS measures within the required timeframe and costs.
  • Implement quality checks and maintain documented information.
  • Achieve optimal resource utilization for desired productivity levels.
  • Orient site workers on quality and EHS requirements.

Work Experience:

  • Worked as a construction manager in a breakwater project.
  • Experience in constructing breakwaters in both land and marine modes.
  • Possess knowledge on wave/tidal effects and plan work methodologies accordingly.
  • Possess knowledge on quarry-related activities.
  • Handled DGPS systems for surveys.
  • Ability to interpret bathymetry and topography surveys.
  • Experience in handling marine projects using jack-up barges.
