Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned performance marketing specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for planning and executing paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of hands-on experience in performance/digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing D2C campaigns and achieving high ROAS. They will have a strong understanding of digital media buying, attribution, tracking, and reporting, as well as proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, YouTube Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute paid marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient spend across channels.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve performance.
- Monitor and optimize campaign KPIs: CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, conversions, and more.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies.
- Leverage analytics tools to track performance and generate reports.
- Hands-on experience in performance/digital marketing.
- Proven track record of managing D2C campaigns and achieving high ROAS.
- Strong understanding of digital media buying, attribution, tracking, and reporting.
- Proficiency in platforms: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, YouTube Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager.
- Good analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data into actionable insights.
