Job Overview

As a Customer Relationship Officer, you will play a pivotal role in managing client interactions across phone, email, and meetings. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients, including KYC documentation, account opening, and funding coordination with internal teams.

You will also maintain detailed client records, address customer queries or complaints promptly, and support the regional sales team in scaling assets under management. Strong communication skills in English & Hindi, proficiency in MS Excel, and a service-oriented approach are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all levels of interaction with Customers and Partners via phone, email, and meetings.
  • Facilitate client onboarding activities like collecting KYC documents, form filling, data entry, and following up with stakeholders for account opening.
  • Coordinate with Clients and Partners for account funding with the mid office Client Relations Team based in Mumbai.
  • Document and maintain records of each interaction with customers for future evaluation.
  • Set up customer accounts and provide relevant information to them.
  • Maintain ongoing relations with each customer (relationship management) including receiving customer complaints, investigating comments; and resolving or obtaining resolution.
  • Communicate with colleagues from various departments to offer efficient customer service.
  • Support the Region Sales Team in scaling AUM for the region.
  • Handle branch-related admin work, bills, local vendors, etc.
  • Comply with all processes and regulations related to Compliance.
  • Proficient in handling Excel.
