Customer Engagement Specialist

The role of a Customer Engagement Specialist is crucial in deepening relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and conversion on leads from VRM and CEC
  • Working closely with respective teams on LI, GI, KSEC, IC, and Asset team for timely conversion of the business
  • Ensuring customer stickiness and category upgrade
  • Aquisition, X-sell of business, and Service activations to existing customers
  • Explain all the Facilities of the Bank in Form of Demonstration both online and offline
  • Enroll the customer for the services which would be useful for him
  • Handle customer service requirements like account opening, Trinity account opening, liability product selling, liability product features, Cheque book insurance, Speed and efficiency of service given
  • Sales targets for banks and investment products
  • Customer acquisition from Family Household referrals Have higher NPs scores

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, one must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be energetic, confident, and a go-getter. A Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any stream with at least 1 year experience in banking and finance is essential.

About the Role:

This position involves meeting sales targets for banks and investment products while acquiring new customers from family household referrals. It requires strong customer engagement skills and the ability to work effectively with various teams to achieve business objectives.
