About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Migration Professional to lead end-to-end data migration activities. This role requires close collaboration with business and functional teams, acting as a bridge between global and local teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead deployment wave focal points for assigned data objects in scope for deployment or local data migration projects.
  • Collaborate with Business Data Owners, Functional Experts, ETL teams, legacy system teams, and deployment teams.
  • Drive migration activities for deployment projects.
  • Verify data transformation tools and outputs for deployment wave projects.
  • Manage DMW load file preparation and perform initial verification.
  • Execute DVT scripts and support defect/hypercare incident resolution for assigned data objects.
  • Coordinate defect resolution or escalate to Global Data Migration Experts as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of ERP project implementation experience with strong data migration expertise.
  • Proven experience in data migration execution across multi-country, multi-system environments.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP BODS.
  • Strong understanding of GxP and CSV requirements.
  • SAP Certified in at least one relevant functional area.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, matrix-based organization.
  • Strategic and hands-on mindset with experience running meetings, tracking progress, and managing issues.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages an asset).
