Job Description:

Lead and Manage Comprehensive Data Migration Initiatives

Mavenberg Innovations is seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage comprehensive data migration initiatives across various versions and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess legacy systems, formulate effective migration strategies, and ensure seamless business continuity.
  • Design and implement robust ETL workflows for efficient data migration.
  • Manage large-scale datasets, including data mapping, validation, cleansing, and reconciliation processes.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, solution architects, and key stakeholders to gather and interpret migration requirements.
  • Leverage tools like PLMXML, TCXML, ITK, SOA, and scripting languages like Java and Python to automate migration activities.
  • Perform thorough pre- and post-migration testing, handle errors, and implement performance tuning measures.
  • Create detailed documentation covering migration methodologies and technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Over 3+ years of hands-on experience in Teamcenter PLM data migration projects.
  • Strong expertise in Teamcenter Unified Architecture (UA), PLMXML, TCXML formats, ITK, SOA, Java, and/or Python scripting for migration automation.
  • Proven ability to execute complex, high-volume Teamcenter migrations successfully.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and deliver results within tight deadlines.
