About this role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Global Workforce Solutions Supervisor.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain a broad perspective of the company and its business services function.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing reporting dashboards and data sets that track defined KPIs, SLAs or support employee or vendor audiences.

Key responsibilities include ensuring all internal processes are defined, streamlined, and documented, executing internal audit activities, and serving as Audit liaison with internal stakeholders for additional audit requests.

Other key tasks include developing and executing vendor QBR reporting process and quarterly cost savings reporting, providing financial summaries, and conducting year-end accrual accounting activities.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience working within an internal Contingent Workforce Program or Managed Service Provider (MSP), strong data analysis and visualization skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI or similar tools, process-oriented with continuous improvement mindset and ability to create SOPs and user guides, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and able to operate successfully in a team environment and work through priorities.
