Job Description

As a highly skilled Cisco UCCE CVP Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing robust contact center solutions that support scalable, resilient, and high-performing environments.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in analyzing business requirements and developing innovative architectures that integrate seamlessly with existing telephony and network environments.

You will lead or participate in the installation, configuration, and deployment of UCCE and CVP components, including ICM PGs, Call Servers, Gateways, Media Servers, Finesse, and supporting applications.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for integrating Cisco UCCE and CVP with third-party applications, such as CRM systems, workforce management, IVR, call recording analytics, and other enterprise solutions.

Additionally, you will develop, update, and troubleshoot CVP VXML applications and ICM scripts to support dynamic routing, self-service, and intelligent call distribution.

Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with development teams, provide tier-3 support for complex issues, and investigate root causes to resolve incidents involving UCCE, CVP, and related technologies.

In this role, you will also monitor system health, performance metrics, and call flows, proactively identifying bottlenecks, capacity issues, and opportunities for optimization.

Finally, you will maintain comprehensive documentation, including configurations, topologies, change management records, and knowledge base articles.
