Job Overview

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Non-Destructive Testing Specialist to join our team in the field of quality assurance and inspection.

About the Role

  • This role involves conducting non-destructive tests on gas and steam turbines components, as well as supplier qualification and development.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating inspections at supplier facilities, preparing and executing non-destructive tests, and following up on results.
  • You will also be involved in quality improvement initiatives and implementing preventive SQM methods and risk management in supplier-related processes, projects, and products.

Requirements

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with certification to ISO 9712 or similar in VT, MT, PT, and UT to at least Level II required, Level III preferred.
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT).
  • Profound knowledge in the application of quality methods, such as FMEA, RCA, and Consistent appearance.
