  • Launch and Scale impactful lead generation & e-commerce campaigns across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run ROI-focused campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) & Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation, e-commerce, and affiliate brands.
  • Manage performance campaigns across E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, WhatsApp Lead Generation, and more.
  • Track ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPL, and conversions to improve performance daily.
  • Run structured A/B tests across creatives, copy, landing pages & targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with creatives to convert bold ideas into campaigns that deliver results.
  • Analyze campaigns, uncover insights, and recommend next steps.
  • Ensure every rupee spent drives measurable growth.
  • Stay ahead by exploring new paid channels (YouTube, Snapchat, etc.) to keep campaigns competitive.

Requirements:

  • A smart, experienced, and strong problem-solver who can think strategically and execute effectively.
  • At least 2–3 years of proven experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads.
  • Hands-on expertise in E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, and WhatsApp Lead Generation campaigns.
  • A strong analytical mindset with an obsession for data and dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager & Excel/Sheets.
  • AI-driven mindset - comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to enhance productivity, insights, and campaign performance.
  • Creative + analytical balance – able to test, learn, and innovate quickly.
  • Freshers and interns will not be considered for this role.

  • Skills Conversion Tracking through Google Tag Manager.
  • WordPress website development & optimization.
  • Technical knowledge of landing pages, pixels, and tracking integrations.
