We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team at Redrob. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled sales professional to leverage their technical knowledge and industry expertise to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets. Key responsibilities include regular customer visits, arranging product demonstrations, generating new leads, and understanding customers' requirements to offer tailored solutions.
What You'll Do:
Regularly visit customers in your assigned territory to build strong relationships and identify new sales opportunities.Arrange product demonstrations at customer sites to create awareness about Centum's offerings.Generate new leads from sales visits and communicate them to the proposal team for timely follow-up.Plan joint visits with key decision-makers to understand their needs and preferences.Develop a deep understanding of Centum's products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.Requirements:
- BE/BTech degree in EEE (Electronics and Electrical Engineering) or EIE (Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering)
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in sales with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Good technical knowledge of panel instrumentation and automation products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
