Job Title: Regional Human Resources Manager

 

**Job Summary:**

The Regional Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing local Admin, HR teams and implementing company policies for regional sales divisions. This team lead role requires supervising all HR activities related to the sales function in the designated region.

 

**Key Responsibilities:

**Leadership**: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives to support sales goals. Partner with sales leadership to identify talent needs and develop recruitment strategies.

**Talent Acquisition**: Lead the talent acquisition process for the region, including sourcing, assessing and attracting top sales talent.

**Performance Management**: Oversee performance management, employee development and training initiatives for the sales team.

**Employee Engagement**: Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction and retention within the sales function.

**Compliance**: Ensure proper branch infrastructure, hygiene and compliance with employment laws, regulations and company policies within the sales function.

**Requirements:

**Education**: 80%+ marks in 10th and 12th. MBA from a top-tier college is preferred.

**Experience**: 5+ years of relevant experience and fluency in a regional language is mandatory.

**Skills**: Strong understanding of Sales HR practices, proficiency in analyzing HR metrics and knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
