Job Title: Business Process Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating functional specifications from business requirements, setting up test data, and assisting the technical team with technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create functional specifications from business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze process inefficiencies and implement solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new processes and systems.
- Contribute to the development of business cases to justify process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
