Key Role Responsibilities

This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-performing web experiences. Key tasks include building responsive websites and landing pages in Webflow, leveraging CMS, interactions, and animations.

A strong understanding of frontend code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is necessary for implementing custom embeds and advanced functionality. Experience integrating forms, scripts, and third-party marketing tools (Zapier, Segment, HubSpot, etc.) is also required.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop and maintain responsive websites and landing pages in Webflow, utilizing CMS structures and interactions.
  • Implement basic frontend code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for custom embeds and advanced functionality.
  • Collaborate with design, product, and growth teams to create high-performing web experiences.
  • Integrate forms, scripts, and third-party marketing tools (Zapier, Segment, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Optimize websites for SEO, page speed, and conversion-focused layouts.
  • Implement analytics tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel) and ensure data accuracy.
Ideal Candidate Profile

1-2 years of experience in Webflow development, preferably with a strong grasp of responsive design and CMS structures.

  • Proven experience building and publishing marketing websites or landing pages.
  • Hands-on knowledge of embedding and troubleshooting custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with design, product, and growth teams.
  • Exposure to analytics and tracking implementation (GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel).
  • Familiarity with form integrations and CRM tools (Zapier, HubSpot, Leadsquared, etc).
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
