Senior Frontend Engineer Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior JavaScript Engineer to join our team. With 5+ years of hands-on experience building high-performance, scalable web applications, the ideal candidate will have strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript and a solid grasp of core JavaScript concepts such as closures, scoping, and the event loop.

The successful candidate will design, develop and maintain scalable web applications using JavaScript, build reusable frontend components and responsive UIs with clean and modular code, and develop backend services, RESTful APIs and handle data integration between frontend and backend.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications using JavaScript
  • Build reusable frontend components and responsive UIs with clean and modular code
  • Develop backend services, RESTful APIs and handle data integration between frontend and backend

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of industry experience in Web Application Development
  • Strong JavaScript programming skills
  • Knowledge of HTTP protocol (Requests, responses, Cookies, etc.)
  • Proficient with regular expressions
  • Experience in ServiceNow Development
  • Experience in working with ServiceNow modules such as CMDB, ITSM, VR, AVR, CVR, CSPM
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Create proof-of-concept, design documents for product teams
  • Experience with Git, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
