Job Description

As a Supply Chain Manager – Replenishment Planning, you will design replenishment frameworks, set stocking norms, analyze demand/sales data, and monitor compliance by in-country distribution teams.

This role ensures product availability, minimizes expiries, and drives supply chain efficiency in our retail pharmacy network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and continuously refine stocking norms, safety stock levels, and replenishment cycles for each pharmacy.
  • Develop guidelines for assortment management and seasonal demand variations.
  • Analyze sales, consumption, and stock movement data to create replenishment models and forecast requirements.
  • Track KPIs such as stock-outs, fill rates, inventory turns, and expiries across the pharmacy network.
  • Monitor adherence of local distribution teams to defined replenishment norms.
  • Highlight exceptions (stock-outs, excess stock, expiries) and initiate corrective action with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Graduate / Post-graduate degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in supply chain planning, retail replenishment, or distribution analytics.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, forecasting, and inventory modeling.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel/Power BI (SQL/Python/R a plus).
