Job Description

As a seasoned Supply Chain Professional, you will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic solutions to clients. Your expertise in presales and solutioning will enable you to create compelling value propositions and drive successful client engagements.

Your responsibilities will include conducting due diligence assessments, developing winning proposals, and presenting solutions with confidence. You will also be responsible for preparing FTE estimations, location strategies, and transformation roadmaps, as well as ensuring smooth handover to delivery teams.

Additionally, you will contribute to knowledge sharing and training initiatives, and represent the organization in analyst interactions. Collaboration with other service lines is also essential to build integrated value propositions in large deals.

To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate thought leadership, stay ahead of industry trends, and possess excellent communication and analytical skills.

  • Conduct Due Diligence Assessments: Evaluate clients' processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop Winning Proposals: Create compelling responses to RFPs/RFIs and articulate supply chain service offerings.
  • Present Solutions: Present and defend solutions with confidence during client discussions.
  • Prepare Transformation Roadmaps: Develop comprehensive plans for clients' supply chain transformations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • 8–15 years of experience in presales/solutioning roles within Supply Chain (Sourcing & Procurement).
  • Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA with specialization in Supply Chain Management or related fields.
  • Strong background in solution design, deal structuring, and implementation of large SCM (Sourcing & Procurement) engagements.
  • Good understanding of direct and indirect sourcing categories across industries.
  • Experience in outcome-based/gain-share solution models.
  • Familiarity with leading SCM tools such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Ariba, Coupa.
