Job Description

Analyze and implement business processes within the SAP Supply Chain Management module. Cover key scenarios including Consignment Sales, Third-Party Sales, Inter-Plant Orders, Make to Order/Make to Stock, Intercompany Sales, Stock Transport Orders, Free of Charge deliveries, Batch Determination, and related processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyze and implement business processes within the SAP Supply Chain Management module.
  • Support business users by configuring, testing, and deploying SAP Supply Chain Management solutions.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on SAP Supply Chain Management master data and transactional processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration with other SAP modules (Materials Management, Finance, Production Planning, etc.)
  • Identify and resolve issues through root cause analysis and effective solutions.
  • Prepare functional specifications for development and enhancements.
  • Create comprehensive documentation, including process flows, user manuals, and configuration guides.
  • Participate in project planning, go-live support, and post-implementation reviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Supply Chain Management implementation and support.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Supply Chain Management master data (Customer, Material, Pricing, etc).
  • Proficiency in SAP Supply Chain Management configuration and integration with other SAP modules.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in preparing functional specifications and working with technical teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • SAP Certification in SD Module.
  • Experience working in manufacturing or distribution industry domains.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
