Job Title

Planning Manager - Supply Chain Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Planning Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing stock replenishment in assigned areas of our supply chain network, defining safety stock norms and maintaining stock levels in all our CFAs to manage uncertainties in demand & supply.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Daily stock availability monitoring and distribution planning for all the CFAs
  • Align with Logistics team on Dispatch schedule and release dispatch plan
  • Ensure high truck utilization for all the vehicle movements – Reduce transportation cost
  • Ensure on time dispatches and manage stock levels in the CFAs to avoid sales loss or stock outs
  • Pro-actively look at current gaps in service levels (Case Fill, Delivery performance, service network) and suggest and implement improvement plans
  • NPD, promotion & season plans: Align the plan schedules with demand team and ensure the distribution within timelines

Criteria for Evaluation:

  • Fill rate
  • Stock Freshness
  • SLOB control / reduction

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA – Operations/B.E., Field of Study – Supply Chain, Planning, Customer Service in Supply
  • 2–4 years of work experience in Supply Chain, Planning & Distribution in FMCG industry
