Optimizing Maintenance and Asset Performance

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Professional to lead our maintenance operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overall asset performance, including corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure zero downtime through proactive planning and maintenance activities
• Respond immediately to breakdowns and ensure timely availability of assets in working condition
• Plan maintenance activities on low cost and quality
• Improve plant efficiency with low-cost automation and energy conservation
• Analyze complete plant maintenance reports for critical mechanical and rotating equipment failure
• Implement 5 S and Kaizen principles in all maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance to statutory and safety regulations
• Carry out preventive maintenance of all assets
• Maintain minimum level of inventory of critical spares and assets
• Prepare daily reports and conduct daily reviews with plant operators
• Coordinate with projects department for completion of pending project tasks
• Attend all breakdown repairs within 24 hours of break down

Requirements:

• Diploma or BE in electrical stream
• 10 years of experience in electrical engineering
