1.Must be B.E / B.Tech Engineering graduate with min 8 to 12 years experience into plant operations managing production, Quality operations, Safety, compliance, maintenance, manpower mangement activities.

2**.Experience must be from Paint / Chemical / Adhesive / Cement industry only**

3.Overall responsibilities for establishment of the unit, cos optimization, statutory compliance, safety compliance, product quality, yield, timely delivery of product, manpower management and continual improvement in plant operations.

4.Effectively manage production planning, RM/PM/FG stock management, develop innovative systems and processes by utilizing all available resources and technologies.

5.Work with engineering team to execute routine B/D & preventive maintenance activity to ensure 100% machine availability

6.Maintaining all statutory compliances as applicable to mfg. unit conduct periodical audit to identify statutory gaps and ensure closure of the same.

**Salary**: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
