Software Reliability Specialist

The Software Quality Engineer role is a key position that focuses on ensuring the quality and reliability of software products.
This professional will be responsible for developing and implementing test plans, executing tests, analyzing results, creating metrics and reports, and identifying defect sources.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in QA testing, automation tools, and CI/CD processes.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement test plans and test strategies.
- Execute tests and analyze results to identify defects.
- Create and distribute QA metrics and reports.
- Identify defect sources and risk reporting.
- Contribute to support project quality activities.
- Work with engineers, product owners, and project lead to triage and prioritize issues for resolution.
- 3+ years of experience in QA testing.
- Hands-on experience using automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.
- Experience developing automation scripts using Java, JavaScript, C#, etc.
- Experience using CI/CD tools and processes.
- Strong communication skills with English language proficiency.
