Job Overview

Talent500 is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to join its team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in troubleshooting, automation, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Engineer reliability by identifying potential system issues early, implementing preventive measures, and boosting system resilience.
  • Automate processes to eliminate manual effort and enable rapid, secure deployments.
  • Solve problems at scale by participating in root cause analysis (RCA), driving corrective and preventive actions, and prioritizing improvements in the SRE backlog.
  • Optimize performance by applying programming and scripting expertise to strengthen infrastructure and services.
  • Mentor & grow by sharing knowledge with peers, championing best practices, and pushing for innovation.
  • Continuously evolve by staying ahead of new technologies, adapting quickly, and helping shape the future of T-Mobile's IT systems.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Proficiency in Java, Python, Bash, or similar programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong incident response and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and drive innovation.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native platforms and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
