Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and driven individual to join our sales team as an Inside Sales Executive. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for driving lead generation, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales funnel through effective communication and follow-ups.

This role is ideal for someone with strong persuasive skills and a customer-first mindset. If you have excellent verbal and written communication skills, familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools, and a proven track record in inside sales or telemarketing, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
  • Qualify leads and schedule product demos
  • Maintain CRM records and track interactions
  • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and campaigns
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads and nurture prospects
  • Achieve monthly targets and contribute to revenue growth
  • Manage relationships with dealers and distributors across India
  • Analyze sales performance data

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in inside sales or telemarketing
  • Strong knowledge of the electrical industry
  • Energetic, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
