About this role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development & Fundraising Expert to lead our fundraising efforts.

This is a senior-level role for someone strategic, proactive, and results-oriented, with a proven track record of securing and managing institutional funding.

Fundraising Strategy & Execution (Primary Focus)

  • Design and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy focused on CSR, institutional donors, philanthropic foundations, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Develop fundraising pipelines, set quarterly targets, and track progress with clarity and rigor.
  • Represent us in external meetings, pitches, CSR events, and philanthropic forums.
  • Craft high-quality proposals, concept notes, grant applications, decks, and donor reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to present accurate, compelling narratives backed by data and outcomes.

Donor Reporting & Compliance:

  • Ensure timely and accurate donor reporting, including financial and programmatic updates.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on all grants, proposals, MOUs, and compliance requirements.

A minimum 7 years of experience in fundraising or institutional business development in the nonprofit or CSR ecosystem is required. Demonstrated success and a proven track record in raising and managing significant funding from CSR or philanthropic partners is essential.

This is a work-from-office role based in New Delhi, with a 5-day workweek. Occasional travel may be required for partner engagement and field visits.
