Job Description:
Hiring a seasoned Senior Corporate Lawyer to spearhead our Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising clients on complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestitures.

Key Qualifications and Experience:
~ A five-year law degree from a reputable university with an excellent academic record
~ 4-8 years of experience in the corporate practice of a well-established law firm(s)

Essential Skills:
- Transactional experience in M&A, private equity investments, venture capital funding, joint ventures, and corporate commercial transactions
- Advisory expertise in corporate laws, regulatory or sectoral laws, and compliance-related matters
- Strong understanding of Indian laws, including the Companies Act, 2013, Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999, Competition Act, 2002, Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) laws, and Reserve Bank of India regulations
