We are looking for a talented e-commerce developer to help us build innovative solutions using Shopify APIs.

This role involves building modern, high-performance apps using React and Remix (or React Router), with a focus on scalability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • App Development: Design and develop custom Shopify apps that meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Front-end Development: Implement front-end interfaces using React, Remix (or React Router), Polaris, and TailwindCSS to deliver pixel-perfect and responsive user experiences.
  • Integration: Integrate with Shopify Admin APIs, GraphQL APIs, and Webhooks to access store data and app functionality seamlessly.
  • Code Optimization: Optimize code for speed, responsiveness, and edge performance to ensure smooth user interactions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive feature planning and delivery across product, design, and backend disciplines.
  • Testing: Write unit and integration tests to ensure reliable, production-grade code is delivered.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • React: Strong experience with functional components, hooks, and state management to deliver robust and scalable UI components.
  • Remix or React Router: Proficiency in building nested routes, loaders, actions, and server rendering to create seamless user experiences.
  • Shopify Admin API: Deep understanding of REST and GraphQL endpoints, app authentication (OAuth), and webhook handling to integrate with Shopify ecosystem.
  • Polaris UI: Skilled in building pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible interfaces using Shopify's design system to deliver high-quality UX.
  • TailwindCSS: Advanced knowledge of utility-first styling and responsive design to craft visually appealing and consistent UI elements.
  • Node.js / TypeScript: Comfort with backend logic, API routes, and type-safe coding to ensure efficient and secure app development.
  • Shopify Experience: Experience with App Bridge, JWT-based auth flows, and session management for Shopify apps to leverage Shopify features effectively.
  • Additional Skills: Familiarity with Cloudflare Workers, Bun, or Vercel is a plus to stay ahead of the curve.
