We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to design intuitive and aesthetically refined digital experiences for web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities include:

  • User Experience Design: Conduct user research, create personas, and map user journeys to define clear, user-centred design solutions.">
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design flows to communicate ideas effectively.">
  • Visual Design: Deliver pixel-perfect UI designs aligned with brand guidelines, ensuring aesthetics and usability go hand in hand.">
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions.">
  • Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability testing, analyse feedback, and refine designs to ensure optimal user experience.">
  • Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems, ensuring consistency across platforms.">

Requirements include:

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms.">
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.">
  • Sound understanding of design thinking methodology and user-centred design principles.">
  • Strong sense of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.">
  • Ability to create high-fidelity UI designs and low-fidelity prototypes.">
  • Experience working with developers to translate designs into functional products.">
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.">
  • Strong time management with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.">
  • Working knowledge of basic front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) for design feasibility discussions.">
  • Understanding of UI motion/interaction design (micro-interactions, transitions).">
  • Exposure to UI/UX for enterprise applications, SaaS products, or complex platforms.">
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).">
  • Experience working with AI-powered design tools (e.g., MidJourney, Uizard, Galileo AI, Figma AI plugins, ChatGPT for UX writing).">
