Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Creative Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for an individual who excels in both static and video content creation, and who can effectively communicate their creative vision to multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visual Storytelling: Design captivating, imaginative graphics and motion content tailored for social media platforms, including static images and dynamic videos.
  • Concept Development: Ideate, storyboard, and execute innovative concepts that seamlessly translate across social and digital experiences.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, digital strategists, and fellow designers to deliver exceptional creative solutions for multiple brands.

Requirements:

  • At least 2–6 years of experience designing for various brands.
  • A portfolio showcasing expertise in social media content (static and video) and UI/UX design projects.
  • Deep familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, XD or Figma).
  • A strong sense of color, typography, layout, and image/video manipulation, elevated by creativity.
  • Experience adapting visual assets for platform-specific specs, brand voice, and rapid publishing cycles.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a bold appetite for experimentation and learning.
