
Remote Business Development Representative

This is a remote job opportunity for an individual who wants to work from home.
- We are seeking an experienced business development professional to join our team in this role.
The ideal candidate will have at least six months of experience in cold calling and be proficient in developing and implementing effective business development strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
The successful candidate will conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries, initiate demos by prospecting, cold calling, and client meetings, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their specific requirements, and offer tailored solutions.
Additionally, the candidate will prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients, negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and service agreements with clients, and maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline information.
Achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) is essential for this role.
To qualify for this position, applicants should have a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management roles, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships, strong negotiation and persuasive skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition effectively, strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask, and a motivated self-starter mindset with a driven and resilient personality.
A laptop is mandatory for this role.
