Job Title: Finance and Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Operations Manager to oversee the financial management of our organization.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for the overall finance and operations function, including fund management, audit, working capital management, banking, MIS, IT, income tax matters, GST, VAT/Service Tax compliance.
  • Monthly review of financial reports and books of accounts, ensuring accurate quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other compliance requirements.
  • Complete control over fixed assets, managing procurement to pay, order to cash, capex, employee reimbursements, and salary payments.
  • Conducting financial statement variance analysis (actuals vs. forecast) and analyzing financial data to provide cost-saving opportunities to senior management.
  • Ensure timely completion of internal and external audits with zero major non-compliance issues.
  • Preparing and finalizing income tax returns, monthly GST returns, and TDS reconciliations, ensuring zero non-compliance under GST and Income Tax Act.
  • Manage daily cash flow and working capital.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Effective leadership and team player, skilled in motivating and guiding teams to achieve peak performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Expertise with accounting systems, preferably Business Central, POS systems, and cost and inventory systems.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and possess high-level attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and partner with others to promote teamwork.
