Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to oversee and manage various financial aspects of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure timely TDS deduction, payment, and return filing (24Q, 26Q), maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
  • Finalize books of accounts, including Trial Balance, P&L Account, Balance Sheet, and necessary adjustments, providing a clear picture of the company's financial health.
  • Oversee and manage inventory tracking and reconciliation, ensuring system and physical stock accuracy, minimizing discrepancies and errors.
  • Maintain cost accounting records and conduct cost analysis and variance reporting, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Utilize SAP (FI/CO, MM modules) for financial transactions, inventory tracking, and reporting, streamlining processes and enhancing data visibility.
  • Assist with internal and statutory audits, including preparation of audit schedules and financial data, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Generate MIS and analytical reports to support business decisions, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in SAP (FI/CO, MM modules)
  • Experience in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
