About this role

Support a forward-thinking organisation dedicated to closing the employment gap for individuals with disabilities.

This proactive, detail-oriented Access Partner will support a blind Data & Appliance Analyst working within a global Cloud + AI organisation.

The role is not about doing the work, but about enabling the analyst to do it – bridging accessibility gaps in fast-paced, highly technical environments.

You'll work closely with the Analyst to provide visual interpretation, data summarization, and navigation assistance within platforms such as Azure Portals, Excel, and Visual Studio.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting code, creating and managing spreadsheets, utilizing formulas and pivot tables, assisting in converting and formatting documents, and summarizing meetings.

  • Review and interpret code, making basic changes as needed.
  • Create and manage spreadsheets for data tracking and analysis.
  • Utilize formulas, pivot tables, and other Excel tools to streamline workflows.
  • Assist in converting and formatting documents to meet accessibility standards.
  • Summarize meetings, manage task follow-ups, and track progress in collaboration with team members.

Requirements include basic coding knowledge, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong communication skills, and ability to maintain clear, professional communication in English. Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) is also required.
