The Role

This is an opportunity to help solve complex business challenges with customers building products at scale using our bespoke platform. You'll be at the forefront of cutting-edge AI technology that's revolutionizing the $800 billion software build and operate services industry across B2C and B2B markets.

As a Productologist, you'll play a key role in turning customers' visions into software realities. You'll work closely with our Delivery Team, guiding and advising on the use of our reusable code Blocks to develop customer apps while providing exceptional customer service throughout the roadmap.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead Spec Calls with customers, translating their visions into detailed proposals (Buildcards).
  • Scope, plan, implement, and track short-term deliverables up to the design phase, including user flows, designer collaborations, and product requirements management.
  • Capture and communicate high-quality requirements to customers and technical teams.
  • Collaborate with customers, sales teams, designers, and execution teams to create product roadmaps and set release scope & objectives.
  • Create product documentation, user flows, and wireframes, refining the customer experience with designers.
  • Clarify, identify, and track requirements and issues, removing barriers and escalating project issues as needed.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
  • A background in product ownership or project management in software development.
  • Experience managing multiple projects at scale in cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in capturing and communicating high-quality requirements to customers and technical teams.
  • Solid knowledge of UI/UX and ability to convey user journeys via high-fidelity designs.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with customers professionally and respectfully.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to support sales in closing customers.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary and Benefits

$100,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus attractive quarterly discretionary variable pay, stock options in a $450m funded company, hybrid working, 24 days annual leave, two Builder family days, time off between Christmas and New Year, generous referral bonus scheme, fully funded private medical insurance, and free lunch at our state-of-the-art working environment.
