About the Role: WhiteLotus Talent Partners is seeking a Territory Business Development Leader to drive business growth and revenue from the Supply Chain & Procurement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Market & Client Identification, Client Engagement.
Key Accountabilities:

- Sales Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing training, support, and motivation to enhance their skills.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and proactively addressing concerns.
- Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
- Sales Performance: Track sales performance, analyze trends, and adjust strategies as needed to meet regional targets.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in sales, focusing on regional or territory management, with national and international market exposure preferred.
- 3-5 years in a senior sales role, managing teams and overseeing customer or buyer relations.
