Business Insurance Manager

This role focuses on building and managing a network of insurance professionals to achieve sales targets, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and developing a team of qualified insurance agents.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and managing a high-performing team of insurance agents.
- Providing ongoing training and mentorship to enhance agents' skills, product knowledge, and performance.
- Driving sales efforts through team performance, setting and achieving monthly/quarterly sales goals.
- Fostering strong relationships with clients and agents to ensure long-term retention and repeat business.
- Promoting and introducing insurance products to new clients and potential customers.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance/financial services sector.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on motivating and guiding agents.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
- Sales Oriented: A goal-driven individual with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Education: Graduate or post-graduate degree (preferably in business or a related field).
