Production Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee the end-to-end operations of our Wire Drawing, Pickling & Patenting units. This role involves planning, scheduling, and monitoring daily production to meet delivery and quality targets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Supervise end-to-end operations of Wire Drawing, Pickling & Patenting units to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Plan and schedule daily production to optimize resource utilization and minimize downtime.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications through regular audits and inspections.
  • Manage operational costs by optimizing resource allocation and minimizing waste.
  • Lead and mentor shop-floor teams to improve performance and productivity.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to maintain smooth workflow.
  • Enforce strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to address performance gaps and improve overall efficiency.
  • Familiarity with Wire Drawing, Pickling & Patenting operations is essential for success in this role.
  • Proven leadership and team-handling skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with process optimization, productivity improvement, and cost control strategies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering or Operations Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
